The Maria Montessori School (MMS) is a non-profit, non-denominational school which provides for a unique scholastic curriculum for children 18 months to 14 years. A Montessori education combines freedom with responsibility in the classroom, as well as a more active role for children in their own learning. The Maria Montessori School maintains standards of academic excellence, social awareness and moral development.
MMS has a long tradition of scaling tuition for some families who desire a Montessori education for their children. This tradition allows us to remain true to Dr. Montessori’s philosophy and to one of our values that every child should have access to Montessori education if they desire it.
Your generous sponsorship to our River Series will support our efforts in raising funds to continue to support our families, guides, and learning assistants. It will help meet the needs of all children and families of the Maria Montessori School.
